Day 1: Montreal – Vancouver

From Montreal to Vancouver by plane. Check in at Super 8 Hotel in Vancouver, and then enjoy free time in Vancouver to visit friends or shopping.

Day 2: Vancouver – Seattle - Spokane

Take the deluxe tour bus from Vancouver to the biggest city in northwest of U.S.—Seattle. Visit the Space Needle ($19/$12) which has an observation deck that located 520’ above ground and the Pioneer Square, the oldest part of Seattle. After lunch in Chinatown, we’ll pass by the Headquarters of Microsoft Company. Then head to Spokane, there we visit Riverfront Park built for World Expo 74. Hotel will be in Spokane.

Day 3: Spokane – Coeur d’Alene – Moussoula - Yellowstone National Park

Visit Coeur D’Alene in Idaho, one of the oldest cities in northwest United States. Enjoy walking on the world’s longest Floating Bridge on the Coeur D’Alene Lake. Then, go to “Big Sky Country” Montana. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. Then we stop in Moussoula Smokejumper Visitor Center to understand how the fire-fighters how to put out fires in the U.S. western forests. Then head to the direction of Yellowstone National Park. Overnight hotel in Bozeman, near Yellowstone Park.

Day 4: Yellowstone Stone Nat’l Park

Visit Yellowstone National Park—the world’s first national park located in Wyoming. Inside Yellowstone National Park, there are a collection of the world’s most extraordinary geysers and hot springs. The most famous is the Old Faithful Geyser which erupt 100 feet or higher approximately every 80 to 90 minutes. Visit Fountain Paint Pot and Black Sand Basin, which contains a small collection of jewel-like geysers, and colorful hot springs. In the afternoon, visit Yellowstone Lake, the largest freshwater lake above 7,000 feet in North America and Grand Canyon, the most beautiful yellow canyon in the world. Overnight in hotel as above.

Day 5: Yellowstone Park – Big Horn Mountain - Buffalo

Yellowstone Park is home to a large variety of wildlife, especially bisons are easily to be seen roaming on the road. We’ll visit Mammoth Hot Springs, the huge hot springs with many layers and different minerals, therefore, it creates very colorful view. In the afternoon, we will pass Big Horn Mountain, an outdoor paradise filled with recreational opportunities such as hunting, fishing, camping, and skiing etc. Overnight hotel in Buffalo.

Day 6: Buffalo – Devils Tower – Mt. Rushmore – Crazy Horse – Rapid City

Visit the first U.S. National Monument, the Devils Tower, the core of a volcano exposed from erosion. Just before we leave the Monument, we can see a big Prairie Dog Town, where the cute Prairie dogs live and they will come out to greet us. Then, visit Mt. Rushmore, the giant sculptures of the heads of the four former U.S. presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt. Then visit Crazy Horse Memorial, the world’s largest statue to honour the culture, tradition and living heritage of North American Indians by Korczak Ziolkowski. Overnight hotel in Rapid City.

Day 7: Rapid City– Wall Drugs – Badlands Nat’l Park – Mitchell – Jackson

Head to the Wall Drug, the best place to shop for Cowboy items. Till now, the store still keeps its tradition from 1936 that it serves free cold ice water and 5-cent coffee for visitors. Then head to Badlands National Park where there is an unusual colourful landscape, which looks like another planet in the outer-space. Later in the day, visit Mitchell town, the world’s only corn palace, which was founded originally from the early settlers to show the fertility of South Dakota’s soil. Nowadays, its exterior is completely covered with thousands of bushels of native South Dakota corn, grain and grasses that are arranged into large murals every spring. Overnight hotel in Jackson

Day 8: Jackson – Madison - Chicago

Continue to travel east to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the American prairies. We will stop by the river shore of the famous Mississippi River, the longest river in U.S. Then, we’ll visit the state capitol of Wisconsin, in Madison. This is the largest State Capitol in U.S. and it resembles the National Capitol in D.C.Overnight Hotel in Days Inn Hotel near Chicago.

Day 9: Chicago – Detroit – Windsor

In the morning, we will have a 1.5-hour river cruise ($26/$14) along Chicago River. On the boat, we’ll listen to the tour guide explaining the Chicago history and see the beautiful skyscrapers passing along the river shore. Then we visit the Magnificent Mile, Michigan Avenue, the old water tower, Buckingham Fountain, Northwest University, etc. After lunch in Chinatown, head to Detroit and visit Detroit Downtown, the Headquarters of General Motor (Renaissance Center) visit the GM show-room, winter-garden, world’s tallest glass sculpture, borealis, etc. Then walk along the shore of Detroit River. Then, shop in duty-free store and then head to Windsor, Canada. In Windsor, visit the beautiful Windsor Casino. Overnight hotel in Travelodge by the River front near the Casino.

Day 10: Windsor – Toronto – Montreal

Head to Toronto. Shopping and lunch in the famous Pacific Mall in Markham. Then back to Montreal. Around 9:30pm arrive in Montreal.

1.Concord Tour & Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend the schedule when necessary. Each group requires a minimum 35 paid customers. We regret that occasionally it is necessary to cancel a tour because of insufficient demand or other operational reasons. Should this occur, Concord Tour will suggest an alternate tour, if that tour is unacceptable, Concord Tour will refund all monies paid, there is no additional liability.
2.Payments: deposits are payable at time of booking. Full payments due eight (8) days before departure. Cancellation received in writing eight (8) days before group departure, full refund. Any cancellation received in less than eight (8) days, no refund will be entertained.
3.Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into a foreign country. Visa may be required to enter some countries. Due to personal reasons, one rejected entry by foreign countries custom, one responsible for his/her own cost back to point of departure; no refund will be entertained.
